WEEKDAY Cancellations*
~ 24 hours in advance of a weekday visit - NC
~ 12 to 24 hours in advance of a weekday visit - 50%
~ less than 12 hours - full rate
*If your appointment is on a Wednesday at 1:00 then your 24 hour window would be Tuesday by 1:00

WEEKEND or OVERNIGHT Cancellations
Cancellations for weekend visits must be made by Thursday evening to avoid charges regardless of the scheduled visit time.
Cancellations made on Friday - 50% of fee
Cancellations made on Saturday, or early return will be billed at full rate
